Silk and satin aren't the same thing.

Silk is a natural fibre. Satin refers to a type of weave and many products marketed as "satin pillowcases" are made from synthetic fibres such as polyester and doesn’t offer the same natural properties and benefits as as silk.

Premium Mulberry silk offers the smooth, soft surface associated with silk while also being naturally breathable and cooling.

The mask is also engineered for comfort and blackout coverage, with a contoured shape around the nose, wider side panels and an adjustable closure for a secure, pressure-free fit.

Yes. The Restglow Silk Recovery Sleep Mask has a soft adjustable closure so you can customize the fit.

The mask has been specifically designed to provide enhanced blackout coverage, including a lower contour around the nose and wider side panels to help reduce light entering around the mask.

For best results, hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle.

• Wash in cool water, maximum 30°C / 86°F
• Use a gentle, pH-neutral liquid detergent formulated for silk or delicates
• If machine washing, place your pillowcase inside a delicates laundry bag
• Wash with similar delicate fabrics
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Air dry naturally in the shade, away from direct sunlight
• If needed, steam or iron on the lowest heat setting

A little Restglow tip: Turn your pillowcase inside out before washing to help protect the silk's smooth finish and lustre.

• Gently hand wash in cold water
• Use a small amount of gentle, pH-neutral liquid detergent
• Do not soak for extended periods
• Do not wring, twist or scrub
• Gently press out excess water with a clean towel
• Reshape while damp
• Do not bleach
• Do not machine wash
• Do not tumble dry
• Lay flat or air dry naturally in the shade

To help protect the silk and the mineral-embedded interior, avoid excessive washing. Spot clean between washes when appropriate.

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so there may only be a short window in which changes can be made.

If you need to change your shipping address, modify an order or request a cancellation, please contact us within 24hours of order placement at hello@restglow.com with your order number and requested change.

While we can't guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, we'll do our best to help.

Absolutely. Restglow products are designed to feel special from the moment they're received, making them an easy gift for birthdays, holidays, travel, self-care or simply better bedtime rituals.

We want your Restglow order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

During busy periods, including holidays and promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Depending on the country and shipping method selected, duties, taxes and customs fees may either be included at checkout or collected upon delivery.

If duties and taxes are not prepaid at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Restglow does not determine these charges and cannot confirm the amount in advance.

International orders may require additional processing time due to customs documentation.

Where available, Restglow may offer Duties and Taxes Prepaid (DDP) shipping. If you select a DDP shipping option, applicable import duties and taxes are collected at checkout, so you should not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

Where prepaid duties are not available, orders may be shipped Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DDU). In these cases, the recipient is responsible for applicable duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival.

The applicable shipping method and any available duties and taxes information will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date your order is placed.

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, customs processing or unusually high shipping volumes.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@restglow.com. We'll do our best to make the change before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

If an order is returned to Restglow because it was refused, left unclaimed, or applicable duties and taxes were not paid, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any additional shipping costs required to resend the order will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase and the goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging for a refund.  Please contact us at hello@restglow.com before the return is sent back to us. Any shipping, customs, duty charges can not be refunded. 

Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of sale will not be eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit unless faulty or defective. This policy does not affect your statutory or consumer law rights, which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
